The Creative Vision

After years of careful thought and experience, Journeys Counseling wanted to expand their services and modernize their website. They recognized that mental health care and support today require up-to-date strategies and digital experiences to meet people where they are so they never miss an opportunity for connection.

The Process

Trusted Creative began this project with an in-depth creative strategy workshop with the stakeholders at Journeys Counseling. We identified their key challenges and opportunities, desired outcomes for the patient and therapist experience, and defined their design and brand vision.

To complete the project, Trusted Creative:

  1. Created a detailed roadmap for their website transformation, from functionality to design to content.
  2. Built a custom Therapist Finder to help patients match with the right therapist for their needs.
  3. Designed and implemented a simple user journey to make it easy for visitors to navigate the website, including finding and booking therapy appointments, locating mental health resources, and signing up for events.
  4. Refreshed the look and feel of the entire website (30+ pages) to provide a modern UI/UX that can keep up with the rapid pace of the digital world.

The Results

Since their website relaunch in March 2021, Journeys Counseling has increased their site traffic and engagement by 44% and they’ve seen a 58% increase in form completions. Due to the improved digital experience and infrastructure, they were able to adapt to the challenges of COVID-19 to continue offering therapy during a critical time for their community.
